Our mentors are highly regarded past principals and work directly with principals and leadership team members for a full 3 years
School support
Each school that participates in the Fogarty EDvance program is assigned a mentor who will help them to build their capability – and that of their school’s leadership team – over time.
The mentors work one-on-one with principals and school leadership teams, in both a coaching and mentoring capacity, to support each school through a program of improvement.
Experienced experts
Fogarty EDvance’s mentors have been selected based on their success in improving educational outcomes for children in challenging communities, during their time working with the Department of Education or Catholic Education Office, as principals or team executives.
