Roger Saulsman

Roger Saulsman has been involved in primary education in Western Australia for 35 years including 14 years as principal. His focus has been on the classroom practice, which ultimately determines student achievement. He has worked with AITSL on the application of ‘Videos of Practice’. Roger chaired the Catholic Schools Cyclical Reviews Panel and worked as a private school improvement consultant working as a consultant with with Catholic, DoE and Independent (AISWA) schools. In this role he supports school leadership teams, develops instructional coaches, and advises on data analysis and curriculum development. He currently teaches final year B.Ed and M.Ed students at Edith Cowan University.
